HOW THE SCHEME WORKS

We will arrange a mutually agreed time for our van to be at the school to receive the bags, therefore, you do not have any storage problems. Our driver will load the bags directly onto the van. The collection is then weighed and we send you a cheque within 4-6 weeks. Attached to your cheque is a Certificate of Achievement highlighting your involvement and efforts, this also shows the weight collected and the amount of money raised.

We pay the best market price possible and adjust this each term. We are currently paying £500 per tonne (50p per kilo) if you make two bookings during the same call. Please be aware that you can have your cheque made payable to any fund or charity you wish.

Experience shows that most schools run one collection per term and as parents get used to it we have found that they actually save the clothes and the collections get bigger! The More We Weigh the More We Pay.
